I initially met with the owner about the "Transformation" program in April 2016. The cost was $1500 for 12 weeks, and included unlimited group fitness, a heart rate monitor/notebook for accountability to the gym as your progress would be on display for everyone, and nutritional support "counseling."

What was promised that first night never happened. As time went on and more people joined, it became clear that there are really only two classes offered - cross training and boxing. The only nutritional counseling is the use of free apps (My Fitness Pal and a closed FB group), and a weekly weigh in where the owner spends 15 minutes looking at your app and the meals you record. It became clear (as I continually expressed my displeasure with the lack of nutritional counseling) that this is a rip off. Eventually, the owner stopped interacting with me altogether and I didn't even receive all of my weigh ins. Thus, I would not recommend this program. So - buyers beware!
