Bill's Truck Stop

2013 I discovered the tire was cracking and splitting on its sidewall. I called the defendant, and was told they would not replace the tire or give any refunds and that all they will do is take the tire back, keep all monies paid and send the tire to their supplier and see if they will bring satisfaction. I appeal to the court that my business is not with their supplier it is with Bills Truck Stop. I will have to purchase a new tire for safety reasons in Augusta GA, and drive to NC from Augusta GA to file said papers, then drive again for court. In doing so, I will lose revenue for time lost from work to file said papers, I will ensue damages for court costs, filing costs, serving costs, food costs, hotel costs, travel/wear and tear, and fuel costs to a reasonable standard.
