Pizza Hut

We live in a new community and a few months ago we tried to order delivery, we were told that we could not get it as we were not on the map. I went ahead and placed a pick up order and while picking up the pizza talked to a nice manager who pulled up an area map and assured me that we could be placed on delivery. Tried to orde a delivery tonight and told not only could I not get delivery, but no one had a number for a manager, area director or corporate office so I could talk to someone, guess they’re too busy for more business.

The current store manager has done a great job turning that store around. They've had to deal with all new staffing and a lot of equipment issues, but this Pizza Hut is on track now and better than ever before. We, as well as most of Lincolnton, quit going for a while because the employees flat out sucked and management was horrible. Give it a try if you haven't been in a while. It's a totally different atmosphere now.

Horrible service, the wait staff is extremely lazy and unwilling to multi task. Dirty tables all over the place. I had to get up and go ask for my check, and for a box for my pizza after sitting and waiting for 15 min after me and my wife were done eating. When we arrived they looked at us like we were impostors. I would not recommend this place to anyone.



The management seemed very under experienced and incompetent. It's really sad that people have no self respect and are willing to be such pitiful human beings.

Even after I read the review written 5 years ago, I still went there hoping things have improved but my hope didn't come true because one of the three p'zones I carried out had a 9" dark hair IN IT. BEWARE!

Nothing bets Pizza Hut Pizza! The service is good and the employees are nice. A place to go for good pizza.
