i went there and the staff was so nice and they talked to me and made me feel welcome they are sweet and care about there patients. while preping me for the extractions the assistants talked to me and they related to me as a mother and the fact my gag reflex is bad so they used something to help with that and even put gauze pads in my moth so now fragments or anything would go down my throat. Dr. Antuan Herriott was my dentist he came in knew my insurance policy told me the best actions and told me when i was ready we cold start and he listened to what i had to say and told me how it was gonna feel and what may happen and step by step while he was removing my 2 teeth he told me i may hear popping but it's just the tooth breaking some and he made me feel better about it cuz when i found out i had to have teeth extracted i was worried about it but the staff and him made me feel safe and made me feel like nothing would go bad and he answered honestly i asked how much it would hurt and he told me i wouldn't feel any thing while it was happening but later on in the day it would start to hurt and it would hurt for a couple days also he does take medicaid and NC Health choice
