This was an unusually professional - dare I say expert - HVAC team. I scheduled with them back in June 2022. The crew showed up to take a look at my old ass system when it started leaking and falling apart and rusting. He said he could have a team in next day to replace the whole thing, which was great because the old system was already 15 years old when we moved in, and it was time to go.

The team showed up the next morning on time and got to work, they cleared away the old unit and replaced everything, even repairing some of the poor workmanship the previous team/owners had left unfixed. They were done by lunch, and everything was working just fine. The crew was very respectful of my property and the fact that I was working from home. We're about 4 months in and are very satisfied with their work.

On a side note, I wish I hadn't installed an Amazon ecobee. Those things are trash. One of the techs told me it wouldn't be worth it, and damn I should've listened!

This company truly was impressive! The crew came to analyze what we needed as we were replacing one 13 yr old unit and possibly a second. He spent so much time with us discussing a new system and what was involved. He also suggested waiting on the 2nd unit since it was running very well. His honesty and sincerity won the job for us. The installers were extremely polite, professional and very efficient. A week later we called with a question about the new unit. A service man came right away and conducted a quality check. Another aspect we liked about Lincoln Park Heating and Cooling Company: they send the customer a short bio on each worker that is coming to the house. This is above and beyond customer service in our book.

We had issues with our 6 month old AC installed by a different company. Even though it's under warranty, the other company was less than cooperative so we called them. I had they coming over through American Home Shield (Home Warranty) to check my Furnace that was not working. The Technician was very polite and detected the issue in a few minutes. He came back on the next day and replaced my Thermostat by a brand new Wi-Fi one. They really know and understand their business both technically and on how to satisfy the Customer. The Technician gave me several tips on how to improve the air circulation on my home. Very happy with the service. I will surely consider them next time I have a repair or when it comes the time to replace my furnace and air conditioning.

Had a relatively minor issue with my AC, but when you are in Lincoln Park in the summer every minor issue is magnified and important to be fixed quickly. Want to compliment two people specifically - the scheduler and the field technician. Scheduling was a breeze via phone and scheduled within a reasonable time from making the request. The owner set me up to know when the tech would arrive and who my tech would be. The day of the service, the technician called to inform when he would arrive - and he showed up at the exact time. He was courteous to ask where best to park and fixed my issue nearly immediately.

I called this company to repair a leaking condensation line. The crew did a great job! He was carefully looked over the situation, discovered the problem and then fixed it! Another company wanted to install a new pump, rather than fix the pipe that drains out the condensation. And before that we had serious issues with someone who was sent out by our home warranty insurance company. I'm thankful for this company for resolving our problem!..
