Steves Automotive Tune & Lube

i was out looking for a place to change my oil. i saw a sign saying there was a special for an oil change being $16. When i pulled up, a guy came out of the waiting room smoking a cigarette (which, last time i checked, was against the law). i asked him to change my oil and rotate my tires. he gave me a price of $49 ($27 being the oil change). for some reason, i said "ok" and let him do it. another customer came in and i was passed off to another guy.

this guy checked everything on my car. trying to get me to buy different products/services for my car when i only asked for two things. what bugged me most is that he never mentioned my cracked oil pan (that he should have caught when he changed my oil). when all was said and done, i left and got on the freeway and my car started shaking. i had my tires checked again by someone else and found out the weight on one tire fell off and another tire WAS NOT screwed on tight. MY TIRE COULD HAVE FALLEN OFF!



i regret not going and recommend going to the Jiffy Lube right around the corner instead..
