Great oil change shop. Been going here for years. They check your tires, air filter, trans, and all your fluids before you drive away. They also do trans flush, power steering flush, and coolant flush at a pretty reasonable price.

I would give no stars if I could. These gentlemen suggested an engine flush because we had sludge in the oil. At first my husband and I said no, but then thought it was a good idea. We asked the man to explain it to us and asked if there was any risk. He said there was no risk and that he did it on his own vehicles. He also said "I wouldn't suggest something that would harm your engine because then I would have to replace your engine." Within a few miles of leaving, the engine made a loud noise and felt very weak. We were within a block of Firestone on Pelham so we pulled in. Found out is an oil regulator that was destroyed by the flush and cost $800 to replace. Called the gems at quick lube and they deny any responsibility, and suggested we were trying to scam them because "why else would you ask if there was any risk." Why wouldn't a person ask! Then they lie and say we should bring it to them to fix because they are mechanics. Please do not get your oil changed there!

Excellent service and price on brakes!!! Will stop back for tires since the manager has his own warehouse for tires only.

I went to this oil change for the first time today, I was definitely impressed by the service I received by them. The manager, Alex, talked me through each step of the process of what they had to change and what my filters colors were supposed to look like. I can for sure say that I will be back and I recommend others to go there as well. You won't be disappointed or regret the service you receive from them!

Very good service went thier to get an oil change and my heater wasn't working it wouldn't even turn on the guy that works thier went under the dashboard in the passenger seat and played with the blower motor and it turned on that made my day unlike other shops where they would tell you something is messed up and charge you a redicoulus amount these guys fixed it for free great services I recommend everyone to go thier thanks guys

I bought my first car and I took it there to change the oil .They checked everything for me for free , nice and friendly people and excellent service. I don't want to go anywhere else

Really crappy service!!! I just brought my 97 explorer 4x4 in to them for oil change. Really nice truck with only 99,000 on it. The guy who changed my oil was asked if he checked my differential oil & back gear oil out right lied & said he checked it. I have the plugs marked & you can tell if they were removed for inspection & they weren't touched. I get home then go to work & one of my coworkers tells me my explore is leaking oil!!! I go & look & sure enough there is a puddle under my truck. So I go under the vehicle & find the oil drain plug barely in the pan & leaking. They almost toasted my engine. They won't answer the phone at the shop. Will never go back there again.

I just left this horrible place with my mother!!! They are VERY rude and will never return!!! They look down people entirely. The young man was very rude and was irate that My mother didn't want to purchase anything besides an oil change!! He replied and said "what did you come here for then!?" Very rude to her! He has gotten smart with me before as well with me bringing my vehicle for maintenance! We will NEVER return here. Very racists and think that they can speak to anyone any type of way. It was so bad my mother called the police on the guy. Just horrible!!

I had the misfortune of going here for a routine oil change. After leaving, I noticed my oil light was coming on every time I applied my brakes. That NEVER happened before. I went back to let them know. Both men/boys were laughing at me and I felt quite intimidated. I left there in tears!! Upon my second trip there the one guy told me I needed a sensor, without raising my hood. I have now noticed that certain dashboard lights are going in and out. I am 55 yrs old and disabled. Please do not go here!! It will cost you more in the long run to do the repairs that suddenly appear after you leave.This is our future??

The Arabic "men" that work there are rude and Racist towards white women! Calling the better buisness bureau!
