Progressive Insurance

Progressive in Lincoln Nebraska is alright. It considers bad driving records and allows drivers with bad driving records to have a second chance to prove themselves. I would recommend Progressive if you're one of those people who has a bad driving record and you need a second chance. The office here in Lincoln will even sit down with you by apointment and go over the policy line by line for a better understanding. All Insurance Companies want your money, but like anything else you get what you pay for so drive safely.

The customer service is in Lincoln Nebraska is poor. I would have to agree with the other post. Every time I've had a question someone always tells me they'll get back to me either via e-mail or by phone. Sometimes I've gone two or three days without getting a response from my agent. I'm seriously shopping for a new insurance company. It seems like this particular company really doesn't care as long as they have an account number and a routing number to withdraw money.
