BBQ 4 U Inc

I have never ever experienced such a young rude snotty manager in my life. I am trying to figure out how this girl can even work as a manager. At my place of business she would be kicked out on the street If she treated customers the way I was treated. . Alexis Z. Wrote that she used her groupon For the $14.00 rib special on Thursday night. I have also done this 3 other times. However after driving across Lincoln to use my groupon for the $14.00 Thursday night special..I was told I could not use the groupon for the special. So, why after 3 times did the rules change? You would of thought the young so called manager would of let me use the groupon when I explained to her I have done it 3 other times and I drove across town. This so called girl does not have management skills. Any decent manager would of been happy to please me. I was very upset. This girl who calls herself a manager needs taught management skills. Why would she even argue with me over this? I would think that she would want to please her customer. After all, I drove across Lincoln and have used the groupon's 3 other times in the past for the Thursday night special. Just like Alexis Z. When I called to speak with the owner and the manager found out who I was, she hung up on me. The owner told me the reason she hung up is because she was busy with customers..; oh gee, a really nice reason to Hang up on me. I was even being nice. Again....just proves she does not have the skills to be a manager. Yes, the ribs are good, but I am not that desperate. I have called groupon. They have refunded my money and gave me an extra $10.00 in my groupon account. Too bad BBQ 4U does not have the skills to manage a business and put the customer first like Groupon does. I have also spread the word around at work...and on my Facebook not to get food from Bb4u until they make it right with me..and get rid of there ;SO CALLED RUDE AND INCOMPETENT manager.
