Lincoln Super Storage

I contacted them mid September looking for a space for my 39 foot 5th wheel for short term storage, i explained that i would be pulling the 5th wheel out several times and would like a spot that was possible. The General Manager explained they had a non covered spot coming open a few days into October and until than he could put me in a covered spot for the same price 106 dollars. Until this point the service was a little disorganized, but not bad. I arrived October 4th with my 5th wheel in tow, went in to sign the paperwork and i noticed he was charging me 160 dollars. I asked why he said it was a covered spot and that's the charge. I went with it cause at this point i didn't have the time or the means to change my plans. Here comes the problem. When i parked my 5th wheel the space next to it was empty so there was no problem to pull it in and out. 2 days later i go to pull out the trailer and there is a 40 foot rv parked so close to my 5th wheel i couldn't open the door much less pull it out safely. I informed the manager that i have to pull it out of the spot and find someplace else to put it and i asked if i could get a partial refund cause at this point the 5th wheel had been there a whole 5 days. He said he couldn't do anything and that he would have to ask the Owner. I said not a problem. i called several times and got the run around as i have i cant they haven't.... song and dance. So today i called to follow up with him cause at this point i have paid an entire months rent for an unused space. He said no refund which i assumed at this point, i did point out how the service was poor due to is inability to call a paying customer back in a timely manner he than just hung up on me. AVOID this place the staff is nice the GM is a Lair and is Very Rude!!!
