Metro Bank

Don't bank here. They are very unprofessional. This bank years ago, was the best around . Judy was the President of this branch, and then Andy. Both were great with dealing with the locals, and the small business man. They were so helpful, and would go that extra step to help the working man. Now, with the new President Branch, it is awful. I have moved all my business from this bank. If you have a relative, that has had financial trouble, that is filtered onto you, due to the fact you are related to that person. Your treated like you are a being watched with every transaction you make on your account, because, a relative had financial problems. I would not this branch to anyone. And the Main bank in Pell City is no better. They back up the Branch Manager no matter what she says and does to the customer. I have talked to many people in Lincoln, and I am not the only one that has been made to feel this way. If I could afford a lawyer I would press charges against this bank. They do and say whatever they want and justify their actions. Shame on her.
