Edgewater medical used to be good. Now since miss jennifer left it has it is not that good if you have a 3:00 appointment you do not get seen for about forty-five minutes. and than left in a room for another half hour before you get seen.... and if you call they always put you on hold I have been trying to get an appointment since monday and still have not got a call back... poor service. And I am a patient and have been one for a long time. (with Jennifer) and was told that I would not be seen as a walk in from Dr.Reyes. and to go else where..

I have to say.....compared to other practices in the area, by far, Edgewater Medical is the best around. The staff and providers are very proficient in all areas. I highly recommend this practice to everyone.

During a recent visit to the clinic i was seen by a PA student and a Pharmacy training tech, which i really didn't understand they both were unable to figure out much of anything. Later the actual PA saw me and only went by the students diagnosis. eventually i was given some medications and an X-ray. I was told by the X-ray tech I would be called with the results the next day. It has been several days now, with no answers. I have repeatedly called just to get an answering machine and no call back even when i leave a message. I'm still sick and not improving and cant even call for a follow up. So i went to the local emergency room and was horrified to learn i had a chest infection and pneumonia, WHICH i was told by the ER Doctor would of been visible on the chest X-ray given to me at edge water. Needless to say I'm disappointing and Edgewaters failure to follow up and answer their phone and or return calls, could of cost me my life.

I am a patient at Edgewater Medical and have been for years. I am very pleased with the service all around. The staff is very professional and caring. The providers are very thourough and great listeners. I highly recommend this practice to everyone. They also have a Pediatric department and they are great also!!!

I have tried to reschedule weeks prior to an appointment and all I keep getting is voice mail saying they will give me a call back. I have left about 3 messages and have YET to receive a phone call... very disappointed in the receptionist area.. doctors are good tho....

Nobody was there to answer the phone at 4:30pm on a Friday??? I called 5 times and got their answering service each time...
