Recliner Repair Specialist

Don't call this company. It is bad news. Came to my home and inspected my recliner. Said a part needed to be ordered .Asked to pay for part up front which I did as well as the service fee. Waited for 3 weeks and finally called to follow up on part. Took 4 calls on my part for the repairman to call me back. Scheduled an appointment for installation and he never showed. Several more calls and rescheduled an appointment. Arrived at my house and after about 10 mins told me he had ordered the wrong part. He said he could reorder or he would return my money. I elected to part ways and still have not received my refund after 3 weeks. He will not return my phone calls and has been reported to the BBB and Home Advisor. Home Advisor had no listing for this business. False advertising on the web site.
