Nationwide Repair

This company is a joke. The tech had no idea how to repair furniture...on top of that, he was late, and was rude to me while in my home! I wanted to know his boss's name, and finally found out on my own. When I called to explain my disbelief in this repairman, all I got was attitude from this office manager. I purchased a lot of furniture from Havertys, and rrequested that they not ever sen this company back to my home. Later on, when I had another issue...Havertys sent another repairman from a company Havetech. Now they are thr real thing! If anyone has a furniture problem, they should contact these people. Bottom line: STAY AWAY FROM NATIONWIDE ...the insurance people should sue them for stealing their good name!
