High Priority Movers, LLC

This was my first move where I actually needed movers. The price is based on weight, dimensions, and distance to where you are moving to. The men looked and performed to our standards. Our experience with High Priority Movers was excellent, thank goodness! They did a nice job and there where no hidden surprises in the end. I would highly recommend their services.

I must say I've moved a plethora of times and each time has been a complete disaster until I booked a move with High Priority. The service was amazing I can honestly say I really enjoyed this move. Like majority of the reviews states they kept me updated and they were extremely ethical not once was I mislead or lied to. Unlike most companies High Priority understands that we pay a good deal of money for moving services and we should be provided with the best service possible. The drivers did not speak much english but were very nice and polite. Boy do they work fast lol they had my entire house completed in like 3 or 4 hours. My items arrived in great condition no scratches missing items or anything like that. Good job High Priority you are completely different from all the companies I've dealt with.

First of all, I hate moving its really a pain because it can be extremely stressful and time consuming. Nevertheless, I found High Priority Movers on Google checked out the reviews and decided to go with them. I dealt with a sales rep named Collin who quoted me beautifully and was super understanding. Once I paid my deposit for some reason I became super paranoid because $2,782.66 which is alot of money but I had a really big move that was 1,985 miles. I called Tiffany and Alexus everyday until my items were picked up. I thought they would have gotten tired of me calling and would stop answering at one point but they didn't. I was honestly surprised that each time I called they both were extremely polite and understanding. My overall experience was amazing. The drivers came and packed my entire house within 4-5 hours and I have a really spacious home with a ton of furniture. My items were delivered in the time frame that they said it would be which was also a shock to me. I will always reccommend this company over any moving company.

So I was pretty skeptical about going with a moving company rather than just using a UHAUL. But a UHAUL was wayyyy to expensive so I decided to take another route. I delt with a gentleman name Kurt who was sharp, professional and seemed to know what he was doing. Throughout the entire process I was continuously updated my only problem is that it took a bit longer than I was told for my items to be delivered to me but the semi truck broke down in the process of delivering my items so that was the reason for the delay. Other than that my overall experience was great I will be using them again once my lease is up :)

They're responsive, flexible, respectful, available, fair and...from what I've researched, the most fairly priced moving company. I've had the pleasure of working with a few different people from High Priority Movers and they're all incredible people who know what they're doing and put your mind at ease. As if that weren't enough, their customer service is laser fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and positive. I can't recommend the company enough.

We scheduled a move with High Priority Movers and spoke with Kurt who was very efficient. We moved from WA to GA. The three movers worked hard and didn't even take a lunch break. We are so thankful that we didn't have to worry about our stuff being harmed. We got updates from the dispatcher manager Liz throughout the process which was wonderful. Once everything arrived It was in perfect shape the movers never slacked on the pickup or delivery. We would definitely use Them again and recommend them to other people.

When you’re looking for a professional mover, you want a mover who is honest, professional and who has a crew that is skilled and motivated to move just anything that you’re having in your house.
High Priority Movers have these qualities. They are careful and have outstanding service the movers kept updating me throughout the journey. They had a little problem on the way when they were caught in the traffic jam and the manager was prompt enough to let me know. However, the delivery was within the quoted time and all my stuff was in good condition. The crew members were awesome and I liked it collaborating with people of such professional caliber.

My husband and I are retiring. We needed to keep our things in storage for 30 days because our closing had been pushed back High Priority Movers kept in contact with us the entire time. Upon arrival they staged our new home and made sure we were happy. We couldn’t thank this team enough they went above and beyond. I just recommended my brother to use them.

High Priority movers serviced my daughters move for me. I had gotten numerous quotes and calls for different companies but I finally settled with High Priority movers I did a lot of research before choosing a company I was afraid of leaving all my daughters contents in someone else's possession for any amount of time, let alone a week. I spoke with Nate and he took the time to answer my questions. He assured me the service would be exactly what he said and Everything turned out more than fine. It went great. I am very satisfied thank you for all of the help!

I have moved numerous times and have both good and bad experiences in the past. I reached out to High priority movers and my rep Dan made the moving process very smooth and less stressful than in the past. Their prices were competitive with other movers that I had spoken with but I felt very comfortable as they took their time to go over every detail involved with my move. I also spoke with the customer service staff and Elizabeth held my hand throughout the entire move. The movers showed up promptly and were very professional. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family and would definitely use them again if the need arises.

Process was simple from start to finish. Needed a 4 bedroom house worth of stuff moved from Detroit to Florida. I have ALOT of stuff, and they worked with me on my quote. I called Two other companies to get a quote one was double and one was extremely low. Kurt at High Priority Movers helped me and knew what he was talking about

The team at High Priority Movers is impressive! I am thorough with my selection and researching who to choose. After looking at multiple options I decided to use them to move out of our 3 bedroom home in Fort Worth I worked with Adam from the begining, put my trust and our belongings in his hands. I am very relieved that I did. They arrived safely and intact on a 2200 mile move.

Adam was extremely understanding and helpful. When I asked questions he was clear. Overall, they are great communicators. Each person I spoke with along the way followed up with me when I had a change or I was being finicky about something. If they were on another call, I got contacted within the next 15-20 minutes. They were quick to respond by email as well.

Adam explained the process and price configuration before I signed anything. I unexpectedly ended up paying less than what they originally quoted me at. My move went from $4,600 to $3,900 just by working with them and keeping them updated with my situation. Guess it helps to plan ahead!

Things can get complicated on the back end, They understood my position and the team worked to meet my requests. I am very pleased with my choice in High Priority Movers LLC. Thanks again for all your help.

I was terrified when I made the commitment to take a position across the country for work half of that fear was the move itself. Moving is never an easy process, I’ve never used a company to move prior to this. I was quoted by numerous companies, but what drew me to High Priority Movers was the honesty. They let me know ahead of time what I was looking at realistically. Their price wasn't the cheapest, but the knowledge that Collin had made me feel comfortable. They were on time, professional, and my delivery was made with all items being delivered the same way they took them. I was thoroughly impressed all the way around. Every move from here will be done by them. They were great.

I just moved with this company right before the new year. Now because my rep told me to be honest about my my move on this review i will. Even though I told him that everything was great except for the delays. He told me that they wont be able to get better if they are not held accountable. Who says that? Because the move went so great I didn't want to talk about the negatives about the company but I will. My only issue is that my pickup date was Mon-Wed. The truck that was scheduled to pick me up had broke down.

Just to give you some back story I have moved before and the same thing happen in the past and I had to pay 500.00 to the same company to get picked up. So I was very weary of picking a moving company because this time I just don't have the funds to pay any extra.

Now the salesman sold me on how this wont happen as long as we just put together an accurate list. But, I heard this pitch before and was not falling for it again. But I cant lie Nate is great at what he does because not only did he go over every single detail but they were 300.00 more than most of the other quotes. But when they were late 2days for pick up I had no choice to use them. So to make everything easier for me they added some packing for free and gave me a 200.00 discount. The crew that came out were very polite. And the foreman Stephen was amazing. I was so worried about this move and they were just there every step of the way. So I thank everyone there for all their help. Even though they were a day late to pick me up. I still give them 5stars for just being honest. Have a great year and if I move again next year I will call you guys again.
