HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!



Have carefully logged everything that has happened with this company.



Long story short. Ordered, then rain came and site prep was delayed. They kept calling to schedule every day, even though they knew there were weather issues. Finally got site prep completed and they tell me they don't know when they'll be able to schedule the install. NO! A few phone calls later, it was scheduled for 4 days later.



First, the salesman, Steve, told us it would only take one day for such a small job.



The crew showed up late, took a 2 hour nap midday, and left at dark (~6:30pm); the install was not halfway complete. So we expected them to complete the next day. They were no show. No phone call, no explanation. No show. We called the company and got a voicemail. No apology. No explanation. No courtesy from this company - at all!



The crew apparently had vehicle trouble and Management didn't feel that the Customer deserved to know so that we didn't have to wait for workmen that never showed. So we didn't take a day off work for nothing.



The crew finish the job in a little over 4 hours (maybe if they had arrived on-time and not taken a 2-hour nap midday, it WOULD have been finished in one day).



But they did a very low quality job. Not all the bolts were screwed in. A few of the anchors weren't tightened down. And the entire front wall of the shed looks horrible! It looks like they pieced together scraps to form the wall. There are crooked, nasty looking seams everywhere - ON THE FRONT OF THE SHED!



And finally, the crew left metal screws and bolts everywhere. So the first thing we had to do was buy a magnet sweeper BEFORE we chanced parking under the carport.



In the FIVE MONTHS that have followed this horrible experience, the company has yet to find time in their schedule to do our repair!



i wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy!
