Wild Smiles - Lexington

Sneaky place, all set to get your money. Didn't like the people at all. We were new and they said that we would be seen by one doctor and we were waiting. All of a sudden, they changed our doctor. Dr. Singh came in and made it look that I have not been taking care of my kids teeth when I try and do my best. My children do not have cavities and all of sudden they have 6 and 7. I have to come in at different times to fix each of the cavities. I'm going back to my old dentist...very sad experience...zero rating. Don't waste your time or money here.

I was extremely disappointed in the care here. I think Dr Singh is not genuine in his recommendations. I feel treatment may not be in the best interest of the child. The treatment and pricing for my son was not at all in agreement with the next dentist that I saw. I am glad I got a second opinion!!

This office is one of a kind! My children love the jungle theme and all the animals. Not only is the office wonderful, but the staff always have smiles on their faces!

My daughter was scheduled for surgery at the end of the month. They refuse to even perform the surgery, because I questioned paying an additional $1000 for a procedure without having a clear understanding of what they were going to do. I understand that things come up (we were going to go to the hospital and have dental surgery) and there could be additional charges, but to pay upfront without knowing ..... the last dentist gave us a thorough break down of what needed to be done and a full accounting of charges. I am more than happy to pay my bill, but do not agree with this policy. When I questioned it several times, they decided that they did not feel comfortable doing the surgery. I just wanted answers, I do not think that this was much to ask. Very Disappointed !!!!

This place is amazing. I would highly recommend this pediatric dental office to anyone with small children. They would love it. The staff is very friendly and caring for the children. They will let you know step by step what they are going to do to your child. My first experience with my daughter went very well I am very pleased.
