Thank you Elaine! I have been trying to find an agent that won't jerk me around for a long time. I left with more knowledge than when I went in. She sat with me for an hour discussing how the health insurance works. Who does that anymore? I look forward to having you as my personal agent for a long time. Life, health and more.....My burden has been lifted. You will get all my referral! Kudos!

Simple

Ever feel stupid trying to figure out what you need and how it works? I did. Elaine spent a long time on the phone with me educating me on what is out there and how it all works. I have the know-how to buy with confidence now, whether with her or someone else in the future. I did my planning with her and plan to be with her agency a long time. I can not thank her enough. Call them to get to the bottom line! You will get all my referrals.

Now I Know!

I am so insurance ignorant it is unreal. I have heard so many different things. I was referred to Elaine from a colleague. She was very patient with me. I was able to finally understand the products. She took the time to educate me. I can see now so many other people were trying to sell me things I did not need. I invested in a very confident life insurance plan with their company. I will call her for any of my insurance questions or needs from now on.

She was very professional and accommodating. She came to my office since I could not find time to get to her. I am glad I made the change. I was curious to see if we could do better, and we did. She took time to talk to me. It is nice to finally understand my insurance.

Things Change Over Time

I allowed them to review my life insurance. Some changes were needed. I saved money and got better plans with bigger benefits. Thanks for good service and great communication.

Back to Basics

I retired and needed coverage fast. I called several agencies and companies and got the run-a-round and felt I would spend my entire retirement to get insurance at my age. I was referred to Ken Johnson by a neighbor. I was given so many choices. I was able to build a plan for my needs and I can afford it. Once I reach 64 I can also start talking to them about my medicare. They educated me on options and costs and I appreciated that honesty.

Good Coverage

I talked to them to see if I could get coverage since Bluecross said they would not cover me due to a pre-existing condition. COBRA was going to cost me $600 a month and it would only last 18 months. Ken got me approved with a good major medical plan and I am paying really low premiums. Great service.

One Call

No need to call anyone else. They claim to offer everything and they do. I called after being referred by a fellow business owner. I placed my employee coverage with them and saved enough to increase our benefits. I am happy and my employees are happy. I like an agent that stays in touch. Elaine is great.

I found the ad in the phone book after calling around town. They are truly a one-stop-shop. They were my last call. I spoke with Elaine and she walked me through rates and plans for about 5 companies that offered what I needed. I applied over the phone and my new health insurance was in effect the next day and I saved about $165 a month from what I was paying. I am going to do life and retirement with them next. The best! Call her!

Choices choices! They offer everything and they saved us so much money while growing our benefits. No one else was willing to find us the lower rates and best products around. Kudos!

They offer everything available. I did not feel pressured to buy one product they HAVE to offer like some agencies. I had choices. The service is great & they focused on our needs and continue to do so.
