        Therefore, I cannot find any grounds to continue representation or requesting a waiver of any kind.





        Additionally, had you submitted the request through me it would have been processed differently, as I have reminded you in the past. Since you have chosen not to work through this office to initiate your claims, I am notifying you that AMVETS will no longer represent you with the Department of Veterans Affairs. I will also no longer accept of respond to any more calls or emails in the future.
