Horrible sevice and very unprofessional. Save your money and go to real a professional!! Don't make the same mistake I did. I only went to them because I was in highschool at the time and couldn't afford anything better but it like the old says you get what you pay for and i got complete Sh*t form this guys. I found Transmission Discounters shortly after moving to Texas. Initially, I needed A/C work done on my car, and Transmission Discounters was the best quote. I decided to give them a try and was so impressed with the quality of their work and their excellent customer service that I have chosen to use no other mechanic but them. In addition to the A/C repair, they have done transmission and electrical repairs for me at very reasonable cost without sacrificing any quality of repair. Rick and his staff take the time to explain any issues and repairs needed before doing any work, something I greatly appreciate. I confidently refer everyone I know to this shop and will continue to do so.

I would not take any car or truck to these guys. I have a truck that has had a transmission replaced by these guys and it lasted 7 months but was 200 miles over the warranty period. These guys would not work with me at all and basically said they didn't know why the transmission failed. Then they told me it would be $390 to tell me the transmission was bad?? My reply is no kidding that is why i brought it to a transmission shop? When they couldn't tell me what caused the break down and wouldn't work with me on the price of repairing it, I told them I was not interested in putting another $1400 down for another transmission, they didn't even put it back together they threw the transmission and all the parts in the back of the truck and left it. When I towed the vehicle to Eagle Transmission in Richardson the tow truck driver said this is not the 1st time he has picked up cars they have done this to. I went to Eagle for $1150 I have a good solid transmission like the one in my other truck they did and it has 100k miles on it and still pulling strong. These guys are not good and apparently they get business because they are right on I-35. Very bad move dealing with them in the 1st place.
