Lewisville Autoplex

I was in the market for a vehicle for my wife. After reaching dozens of dealerships someone referred me to Lewisville Autoplex. I hooked up with Jeremy and the rest is history. He went above & beyond by coming in on a Sunday to complete the deal. He's got a customer for life!

I purchased a Ford Edge from Autoplex last year...unfortunately I had an bad accident in March this year and had to get another vehicle. I called Jeremy at Lewisville Autoplex and he was jolly on the spot just like last year. He got me the vehicle I wanted and made the process so easy and quick. He went above and beyond the call in helping me out of a bad situation and making it positive. My sincere Thanks go out to Jeremy and Lewisville Autoplex. I will certainly pass on the good word!

2nd vehicle I have purchased from this dealership! The staff has always been very helpful and tentative to finding a vehicle to meet my needs. The staff makes the car buying process easy and less of a headache then other dealerships I have been to.

For all of you Lewisville Autoplex customers who are so pleased with the great deal you got from them...... go back and look at your paperwork and see if you paid for the VIN etching that you didn't ask for and also see if you paid the dealer inventory tax that they are required to pay the county, but they slide the fee in the contract and say you have to pay it. And I hope you didn't buy the extended warranty that they offer, because you can get it a lot cheaper elsewhere. They also advertise "Satisfaction Guaranteed" on all of their cars and it isn't worth the paper it's written on. They claim 100% commitment to “you” the customer, but when it comes right down to it, they’re interested in one thing and that is to make money off of “you” the customer.
