Toombs Kelly Dr

They aren't patient enough and not helpful enough in working with a patient. They seem to jump to conclusions with regard to treatment options without considering all the facts.

Friendly, professional, great work. We like Dr. Toombs and his staff. Like the reviewer gabi says, they do operate several offices, but we had no problem going to the same location for all visits. We also were able to schedule at the time of day that worked for us best, every time, over the course of two years.

Get ready to be inconvenienced. While Dr. Toombs is great, the way his office is set-up is HORRIBLE. Several offices, only in certain cities on certain days of the week, never any after-school apointments available. "Estimate" of how long braces would be on was off by 10 months. When braces came off, had to go to Prairie Village office (only!) to get them removed first thing in the morning, then had to go back to PV again later that afternoon to be fitted for retainer. If I had to do it again, I would have chosen an orthodonitist with only one office to avoid all of this running around. Too much of a pain to fit my school/work schedule into his office schedule for appointments.
