        Went to Lake Eye in Tavares for yearly exam. Saw Dr but he didn't give script for contact lenses. They made another appointment for a contact lens fitting a couple of weeks later. All this was was a way to get an extra $55 for nothing. I will not be back! Girl was rude also.
