I have been under the care of Dr. Tietjen since 2008. He is beyond a doubt one of my favorite physicians. I have never had problems with appointments and have never been treated rudely by the staff.

Horrible Service! They scheduled an appointment two months away and then cancelled it without notification. Supposedly the next available appointment was another month out and no one would do anything to help see me sooner. The customer service people that scedule the appointments were rude and careless. This is a horrlble business with absolutely no leadership or customer service skills. Avoid at all costs.
