I made an appointment with them because they are in Lee's Summit where I live and they actually gave me directions to the Lee's Summit office in the St Luke's East building but apparently they set up the appointment for the Independence office. I also had to obtain my own CT scan records as for some reason they can't seem to do that. I took off work for this and I showed up 15 mins before my appointment but was informed that it was at the Independence office and the Dr. Refused to honor my appointment since I would now be late due to their scheduling me in the wrong office. They show no regard for wasting my time nor for my health.
