Take your business to a real bank. They will want you to get an appraisal to try and trap you into an investment and fees that will cost you at the end. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

John Candiano worked diligently to get me through a "tricky" loan. As a self-employed applicant doing a loan without a realtor, there were many hoops I had to jump through. John helped me every step of the way and I am grateful he helped me realize home ownership once again.

We went to Vic DeSantis with A1 Mortgage after we had talked to several big name banks that wanted us to jump through all kinds of hoops. Vic had us our Pre-Approval letter in a week! One week that is all.
