Took my son here for the first time today and we must've been outta our minds not going sooner, Tom did an excellent job and we'll never go any where else! My son says this was the first time that he has left from getting his hair cut feeling confident!
I sat in for over 30 minutes without anyone even acknowledging me. There are many more options in the area that provide better customer service.
I apologize you were not welcomed into the shop as soon as you entered. Please give us another shot to make it right. You can ask for me the owner, Travis. Thank you.
When I first went there, I waited over 45 minutes and did not have time to wait any longer . But while I waited, I watched the barber take great care with who he had in the chair ...I had to go back and try them and they were great !!!..Ive since been back several times never having any bad haircuts ...Great barber , TRAVIS!!
I walked in the shop all the barbers were busy except the guy on the far right, so I naturally sat in his chair. I was bit nervous being that he is bald u know what they say about bald barbers!!! But I left at there with the best haircut I've ever had! He even gave me advise on how to find a girlfriend!!!!
i walked in to the shop needing a neat haircut, 3 guys cut here and all seem to be good barbers, the guy with the chair on the right wasn't busy so i got in his chair, he threw a cape around me and i tried to explain how i wanted it cut, but he didn't seem real friendly at first (but was more friendly later on), just said "i got'cha" and started wetting my hair down with water spray. i wasn't sure he listened to how i wanted it, but it turned out great so i guess he really did. he then cut and trimmed for about 5 - 10 min until it was the right length, then used some kind of spray on it and rubbed it into my wet hair, and then blow-dryed /styled it for about 5 minutes until it looked really neat, then sprayed it down with some hairspray that kept it looking really neat and in place, did not leave it sticky or stiff. he finished me off with shaving up the back of my neck with shaving gel and razor and making it look real cleaned up, appied a warm towel on my neck for about a minute, then used a little after-shave. the haircut looked great after he was finished - real neat, with a clear part, and the haircut even smelled good, stayed in place and easy to comb up, and looked good for the next couple of weeks. one small place on the back of neck was not exactly even, and he cut an area on sides i think a little too short, but those were very minor things. overall great job. located in downtown lebanon with easy parking, haircut cost was $14 and barber spent about 20 min with my haircut, which isn't bad for a real decent cut. with 3 barbers there isn't much waiting. i think this is the place for guys to go for haircuts in the wilson co. area. i would recommend this shop and i'll be going back.
Thank you very much
