Complete Termite Company

I called this company in an effort to try and find the best deal for treating my house for termites. I was honest with the man and told him that I was price shopping. He asked who had first told me I have a problem and then proceeded to bad mouth that company. Then he wanted to come out and I told him that was fine but I had a 3rd company coming out to quote as well on the day he wanted to come out. He then became extremely irritated with me and told me that he wasn't going to waste his time with me. He then (I hope) thought he hung up the phone and proceeded to cuss me out calling me a F****** B**** and complain that I had nerve trying to get the best deal possible.

I don't believe that I was in the wrong for trying to get the best price I could. I purposefully called him as a small business because I know that sometimes that is where the better service is. However, given his attitude, I am forced to conclude that he must have some fairly shady business practice if this is how he treats potential customers. I advise you not to bother calling for a quote, lest you risk being insulted and offended in a completly unneccesary manner. I only wish there was someone I could report him to for further action. I was quite hummiliated. I don't believe that anyone should be treated that way. I f he didn't feel he could compete with the price there was a much more polite way to handle it. Be sure not to have him on speaker if you have kids, because the above statement was just one of his many colorful words. I know the economy is bad for small business owners, but no need to take it out on the people trying to give you business.

I know I will tell everyone I have chance to to seek service else where.
