This company is horrible...do not use them for anything..they should have negative stars. They try to rob you. The whole crew and owner are a bunch of low lifes...trust me...worst experience ever.

If your insurance company recommends cleanup and restoration from servpro of lebanon/littleton, do everything you can to find an alternative. The work crew are all a bunch of thieves, there is no one in charge, and their work is lackluster. The estimators are liars and are only in it to line their pockets. When they are doing their estimate, keep in mind that the higher the cose to you OR your insurance company the more money they make becuase they get a commission of the total cost. They don't complete jobs in a timely manner becuase they have to many jobs going at a time. So if you want your water damage cleaned up quickly you better find someone else or get to doing it yourself. They'll rob you with their equipment rentals and setup as well. Trust me...STEER CLEAR!
