Bose

I went in to check out their headphones and when I mentioned that I already had a pair of headphones that are no longer working properly I was told that since they were purchased in the store they would be able to exchange them or possibly fix them. They explained that they offer options if I would prefer to keep the headphones I already have. It's nice to go into a place and not feel like you're being pushed into buying something. They are very knowledgable. Their customer service was excellent and I will be going back tonight to see about what options I have. Thank you for a great experience!
