Only one in town who uses hot shaving cream and a straight razor. Best military cut with the price equal to on post (better cut than on post). Highly recommend to anyone.

I first walked into this shop without any cash. I asked him if he took credit cards. He said, "No," but he told me he would cut me anyway and I could just pay him back later. At the time, I didn't know anything about him. Trying a new barber for the first time is always a gamble. In this case, I am happy as hell that I stayed. It was 5:15 pm. He closed at 5:30 pm. There were already two people waiting. He didn't get to me until after his closing time. For only $9 (just .75 cents more than on-post for you military types), Frank gives the best haircut in town. And, for you old school traditionalists, he still uses the straight razor (kept sterile) for a neck shave. He is a true professional old school barber that you just cannot find anymore. In my opinion, he is a practitioner of a dying art form. I take my trips to the barber shop pretty seriously and he has not let me down. Single chair, single barber, self-employed.
