CVS Pharmacy

So a few things gs with this Pharmacy, there's a few woman in there that need to find other careers because their customer service is horroble, some skinny bony woman with long hair always has an attitude, acts like she hates that she has to help people and one time she gave me the wrong script and when i tried to take it back and she tried to argue with me that she didn't do that. THEN I call today and some woman name Debra (whome I've never come across in the 4 years of using this pharmacy) tells me that I can't pick up my husband's meds until 2 hours after they open the following day because of the earliest release date.. which I understand not being able to get them until a specific day but Instead of having them ready to go and ready for pick up first thing when they open, she would rather pitch an attitude and try to make us wait. VERY PETTY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The ONLY good pharmacist here is an older woman with White hair and glasses. She's sweet and the guy with dark hair is cool but their the only reason I gave 1 star. It's sad because I'm friends with all the store clerks. It's just the Pharmacy that sucks.

Don't know what the others are talking about. I use this pharmacy frequently, sometimes 2 or 3 times a week. I've used them since they began. I still receive excellent service. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and curteous.

we started going a few weeks after they first opened, and the staff was great!! WAS? is right!! I have been disabled about 15 years now and have never been treated disrespectful by any other pharmacies or CVS for that matter like i have been at cvs Leander! The RUDENESS and the IGNORING is done i am switching pharmacies!! Still there is a great Pharmacist there named Jerome and his partner an older sweet lady with glasses!! As for the other pharmacist Mr. J*se? Just awful!! You must learn how to deal with the customers that pay your check!! Thank you Mrs. Peters

We got the most Horrible service in the world here , they where so rude, My father fell from a building working out of town and we needed to get his medicine. When we went to get our perscription filled at CVS, they acted like we where liars and the perscription was not real. We where going to try to get the number for them but the pharmacist and the cashier in the pharmacy could not even be cortisous enough to look there customers in the eye. The 2 of them did not even try to help us or work with us, they where short with there words and VERY rude. We will NEVER, EVER go to CVS again because of them. I will NOT send any of my friends or family to them either.What HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service!
