Dropped off a ball gown to be hemmed, cost 37$. When I picked it up you could see the stitching in ye outside of the dress, luckily that didn't ruin the fabric. The stitched where crooked and widely spaced. It looked like the work had been done in a great hurry with no regard to maintaining the quality of the gown. It was extremely shoddy work. They offered me nothing even though they agreed the work was poorly done. Still made me pay or wouldn't have given me the dress. Absolutely will NOT recommend them to anyone! Save your clothes, choose somewhere else!

I have used this business for about 6 months with no problems. Then in July 20014, they lost a couple of pants and shirts. I was assured they would search their inventory and let me know if they found them...never received any response. I asked again a couple of weeks later in August and was assured they would do an inventory and let me know... again never received a response. Begining of September I spoke again with them, the manager, he said the clothes were not in the inventory but he could settle with me for an "in house" credit of $40.00. What? That is not even enough to buy 1 pair of pants! I was assured the owner would call me to reconcile...STILL NO PHONE CALL!! Seriously is this any way to run a business???
