First Choice Power

I do not recommend this power company. They have consistently charged for things that we didn't have or that should have been waived. Most recently, a $100 charge was on my bill for a priority hook up...they had "forgotten" to hook up my electricity and came out 3 days later to do it then charged me for the priority. Now they are saying I have to pay it or they are going to disconnect my bill...they tell me that right after telling me that there are notes on my account that say I should not have to pay a priority connect fee because of their error. Such a terrible company, wish I could find a different power company but we are locked into this one unless we move.
