        Overall

        I was referred to this company by my mother who had a positive experience. Mine however, was the not. I called to have my table measured for a glass table top and the guy never showed up during the time scheduled. I had to call them back and reschedule. They measured and never called me for a delivery date either. I had to call myself and schedule the delivery. The delivery time came and went with no contact whatsoever from them. Once again, I had to call after the 5 hour delivery time had passed and spoke with the owner of the company who answered the phone. He stated that they were waiting til the last possible minute due to weather concerns and wanted to reschedule. I explained the extreme inconvenience so far with the lack of communication and them not keeping their word. The owner of the company then said, "Fine, we'll keep the glass and you can just take your business elsewhere." Extremely unprofessional and reflects the character him and the company.
