Highly recommend Carlos. He is always available since my work schedule is hectic. The entire staff does a good job from what I see as I wait for my son to get his haircut. When it's time for his hair to be cut he says he has to go to HIS barber Carlos. Excellent job. Thanks a bunch.

Made an appointment with Goldiee for Tues. 5pm to braid my daughter's hair. She changed the appt. to Monday, then a few hours before the appointment she tried to change it back to Tuesday (which we declined of course). My daughter arrived at 5pm and had the usual wash-dry-condition routine and by 7:45pm (a bit of a long time to keep a 12 year old waiting) she still did not start braiding yet - because there were 2 others she was working on. Finally started braiding my daughter's hair and finished somewhere after 8:30pm.

In my original review I was displeased at the length of time taken to do my daughter's hair (my wife had sent me a picture of her sitting in the chair bored and waiting), especially for a first time customer (because you want them to be a repeat customer). Four hours is a long time for a 12 year old, but Goldiee did an incredible job braiding and my daughter's happiness with her hair was enough to change my view. Goldiee's quoted fee was $40+ but she only charged $35 and I feel that was an acknowledgement that the appointment may have taken too long - and that is good enough for me.

Great service and a pleasant environment. I will definitely return there on a regular. My hair looks better than what it did when I came in there.
