i will be moving here soon the customer service i have gotten is awesome.

I actually love staying here. I will be living here until we get ready to purchase our home. The structure of the apartment is unique, with having to walk up the stairs to get to the main level after entering the apartment. I love the look. We have a 1bdrm, 1bth and it is very spacious! I love the fact that all the apartments have a fireplace and washer/dryer connections. There are two pools located in the complex which is very nice! I've read reviews at other apartment complexes that maintenance is a huge issue; not here! I made a call about replacing an outlet one night and they got to it the very next day! On top of that, they actually gave me a call to make sure everything was handled properly! This is how an establishment is supposed to be running. From the beginning with signing our applications until now, the staff has been great! We've been working with Brook who is working in the leasing office since the beginning and she has made an effort to remember our names and make sure if we have any concerns that it'll get taken care of. Every time I go to pay rent, she asks is everything okay! That lets you know that they actually care; you're not just another tenant to them. Hands down, it's a great place to live!

Seriously the scariest place I've ever lived. Don't move here even if your strapped for money and you think the price looks good here. It's not worth it. Sometimes I don't get home from work until between 10pm-12am and my boyfriend has to stay awake to walk me inside because thugs hang out in the shadows at night. In the past five months, I have heard shootings three separate times. Right outside my building. Oh and guess what? Someone shot police officer who was probably coming to help the situation. I've never liked cops until I moved here. Because they are a lot less scary than my neighbors. Oh! And maintenance never fixes anything. I have up on them fixing my dishwasher. It always takes them a week or more just to check out the problem. Then at least another to get the job "done". I call up to the front desk and tell them to let me know what day they're coming to fix something, not the time, cuz heaven knows the time will always be wrong. And when I request off of work for that day, maintenance never shows up! And when you call up to the front about it, they're nice to you on the phone and say sorry that they will make things right. But they don't. Then they ignore you and never call u back. I can't wait for out lease to be up. Moving FAR away from this hell hole. Eff lake sweetwater. They don't take care of anything, and don't care that people are getting shot. If you do move here, be ready to call the cops all the time. Do not call the complex. They won't do jack.

MY APARTMENT FLOODED AND I WAS FORCED TO LIVE IN MILDEW AND MOLD FOR TWO WEEKS. I HAD TO CLEAN THE MESS MYSELF. A WEEK LATER MY APARTMENT WAS ROBBED WHEN I WENT TO WORK FOR OVER 7000.00 WORTH OF STUFF. I WAS NEVER INFORMED THERE HAD BEEN SEVERAL ROBBERIES BEFORE MINE. AND SEVERAL AFTER. NO NOTICE WAS SENT OUT UNTIL I WENT THROUGH THE GWINNETT POLICE. A GUN WAS STOLEN FROM MY HOUSE. SEVERAL FROM ANOTHER NEIGHBOR. THE POLICE NOR THE APARTMENT MANAGERS SEEMED TO CARE. DO NOT MOVE THERE. THE APARTMENTS ARE NICE AND PRICED VERY GOOD BUT ITS ONLY BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY ARE RISKING YOUR SAFETY BY GETTING YOU TO LIVE THERE. HOW MUCH IS YOUR FAMILY WORTH? I LIVED ALONE. WHAT IF I WERE HOME. THEY DIDNT CARE.
