        Overall

        We have been with this agency for many years for both our home insurance and auto as well and been completely happy with them and the service they've provided. When our roof blew off has the result of the tail end of a hurricane they had an adjuster out very quickly and authorized a complete tear off and reroofing, it was done very quickly. And although I didn't get a call back the same day I made my last call I do realize people get busy, however I am hoping for a swift call in the morning. All in all I gave them a four star rating, which could have been a five star had my call been returned the day it was made has I had been told it would.
