GTS Taxi

Every taxi n this town under this company and shut down

I wish i have other choice than this company. Never on time, plus never call customers back when something happened so the ride is gonna be late. I called today for a ride at 2:30pm. Sure that they might be late for 5~10 mins. I called then at 2:31pm just to make sure if my ride is on his way. The guy told me that driver just went to pick someone up who called in for a ride at 2:00pm. I was like really..... r u fxxking kidding me? In that case wouldn't they should let customers know that the ride might postponed so whether he/she still want a ride after the previous one?

Drivers are nice and friendly i'll give u point for that but u guys r definitely not organized.

I had my first experience with GTS this morning while jogging with a group. We were crossing the street when a GTS van approached. Instead of stopping, it began passing another vehicle that had stopped while we were using the crosswalk, and started honking while accelerating through our crowd.



Top notch driving, fellas. If I ever need a taxi, I'm sure as hell not using you.

After several poor experiences with one of the other taxi companies in Lawrence, I found GTS Taxi through Facebook, and decided to use them for my next few trips. Unlike a major city, Lawrence does not have too many companies to choose from, so I was unsure of what GTS would be like...



When I called their dispatch phone number, the person who answered was very friendly, and had a taxi sent to my location less than fifteen minutes after I called. The driver was very friendly, and the cabs did not smell like cigarettes, like so many do. The cars also had a pretty sleek paint job, which makes them stand out in the city.



Prices were very reasonable, and the service was very reliable. The driver made sure to mention that they were in the process of refreshing the entire company, and would soon have more benefits for those of us that need to ride.
