        Good product selection but EXTREMELY poor customer service / support. My mobile home door was kicked in by a vandal while I was out of town. I am on the road most days of the week. The door hinges were bent and new ones were needed. I ordered them on-line and incorrectly asked for "two day" shipping when "next day" was required to get the hinges to me on a day I would be able to do the repair. The order was placed after hours so I called them at 8:30am CST the next morning. I thought it would be a simple matter to change the shipping method to "next day". Boy, was I wrong. Seems that the owner is the only one that can "run" a credit card for payment and he/she only does this once a day. Since it had already been done for the day, my order could not be changed because the additional shipping charge could not be billed. They offered to cancel the order saying I could then re-enter my order on-line with next day shipping and the credit card could be billed by the computer at tha
