Jack & Jenny Nails

They do a terrible job on fill ins/ overlays..... I went and got a fill in and some nail repairs and
my finger nail broke the next day . So I went back to get it fix and they try to charge me. I didn't pay them not a dime. I made him fix 4 nails because they were different sizes. And once again my nail broke again (next day) I just said bump it, I'm going somewhere else...

Unorganized with long wait times unfriendly
staff/environment, sat for three hours and still did not get a manicure or pedicure.

If I could give it no stars I would. The environment is nice but staff is rude and they don't do good on fill ins and when ask to fix their mistakes you get a major attitude and they want to charge more never go there again

Always wait between thirty minutes and an hour. They put me in a pedicure chair and left me "soaking" for an hour - therefore leading to ingrown toe nails, as they cut so far back from too long of soaking. I decided I'll never go back for a pedi.. Went back for a fill in, waited forty five minutes and left with nails curved instead of straight at the top. They are so busy, they rush instead of making sure they look good.

This is a very professional and lovely salon. The staff is very warm and their service excellent.
