McDonald's

Went thru drive thru last night.only 2or3 cars ahead of us.it took the drive thru order taker 5mins. to ask what we wanted.then when we started to order,he said hold on a minute!when we got to the pay window,the cashier was propped up against the wall TEXTING!!!ok!paid for the order,pulled up got the order,checked it and we were short 3cheese burgers no onion no pickle.the Hispanic man on the back line jumped on the defense immediately! and refuse to remake them.wow!!!the cashier asked for my receipt and said to me it only says no onion.OK,but I still don't have my burgers...with or without pickles and onion!!!so I said I still want the burgers no pickles,no onions that was already paid for! so another crew member made the burgers....and dropped one!they all looked at me as if it would go in the bag if I wasn't looking!!!so he made another and handed them to the cashier which refused to take them and put them. in a bag.so I asked for a manager.they all huddled upl in the back whispering and looking at me.when the manager did get up to the counter Porsche and I had a few words while I was waiting on her manager that came up and asked Porsche to go to the back at least 3 times!and she never did!Porsche threaten to hit me and spoke to me using the f word followed with a closed raised fist!Porsche also acted out of character on the front line, in front of customers.THIS IS THE WORST MCDONALDS I HAVE EVER BEEN IN!FOOD SHOULD BE FREE SINCE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO ROTTEN!

Poor service. Staff jabberin' and jivin'. I've spoken to others who've reported it to MickieD's complaint line. No change. Avoid it at all cost. I've even seen a manager get into a domestic fight in the parking lot.
