Plumber came to our house at 8 AM, right on time for replacement of toilet. Perhaps it was too early for him, didn't seem interested in working. First thing he said was, if he removes the old toilet & flange is broken, he won't fix the new one. Then he saw the leaking valve through which the water line is connected to toilet cistern. Said that replacement of valve will cost $181.00 over and above the price fixed for installation. We were not willing to pay extra $181, when we have already spent $350. He said that he will put back the leaking water line/valve. No explanation why he can't put a new water line and valve which we had purchased. Any reasonable additional amount below $80 could have been acceptable to us. Left without doing any work after we spent nearly two days in working out the deal in the first place. Highly Not Recommended if you want to avoid heartaches.

I called and spoke with them twice to make sure that they serviced hot tubs. I explained EXACTLY what I needed done, EXACTLY! They set the appointment and I waited from 8 am until 2 pm for the tech only to have him call me at 2PM to say that they don't do the work I requested. Thanks Michael and Sons! How about having your call takers know what your techs can and can not do so people are not waiting all day for service that never comes. So much for a Super pages Super Guarantee!
