CVS Pharmacy

This is the most incompetent pharmacy to do business with. Multiple times on prescription refills, they did not have it filled, when you call it in ahead of time. Terrible wait times, incompetent management!

If there was a way to rate this location LESS than 1 star, I'd give them a minus 5. It takes a minimum of 3days for the pharmacy to process physician faxed Rx's. I have to check every single co-pay, as i've been overcharged on more than one occasion. If you use the drive- through, be prepared to wait 15 minutes minimum. If you're brave enough to go INTO the store to pick up your Rx, be prepared for a longer wait.



I witnessed one angry customer storm past a line of 8 pharmacy customers and demand to speak with the Pharmacy Manager ( after being hung up on via the telephone) only to be ignored for 5 minutes. When she WAS finally acknowledged, the customer asked for the Pharmacy Manager's name and the name of the clerk who hung up on her and was refused this information. She was told to go to the front of the store and ask to hsve the store manager paged.



Using this CVS is a REAL trial in patience.
