Gave this store 1 star cause it don’t allow me to go lower. Went to buy tires for my truck and the mgr Lloyd told my wife to sit in the car and he would be right out 25 mins later my wife went back into the store to ask if he remembered we was waiting for him . He told her that he did t say he was coming out that he said for her to come back in . I am a disabled vet and recently had surgery to my spine so I had to sit in the car. He came out to the car with an attitude as if he should had called in. I questioned him about having a tread depth gauge and I explained to him that I also needed a tire to get repaired he got so irritated with me asking questions that he in turned told me to chill out I in turned told him that I was a mechanic and he called me a dick head and said lif I was a mechanic to fix it myself and that he was refusing me tire svc and walked off as if this is everyday routine. Like his name was on the building. I called customer relations and nothing was done swept under the rug will definitely be doing business at another facility. As a manager you are suppose to lead by example cause there’s always someone watching which causes a on going bad behavior that Walmart refuses to break and get in order looks like it needs to have a overhaul from higher up to make customers back top priority.

I entered the store on the date of November 2, 2015. To my dismay a white (ethnic race) female at the customer service verbally told a black (ethnic race) employee to" watch me closely"! Then the same black female employee asked her why? Next the same white female employee pointed to her head with her index finger! The motion bewildered me! I found the situation hilarious as I recapped what had happened while standing in line and paying for my purchase while at the cashier in aisle number one after doing a little shopping! As I exited the Walmart the same white female employee standing at the customer service center said loudly she was making a call to a police. After exiting the store I saw a blue ANNE ARUNDEL police officer sitting not very far from the store. It's a law you can't approach a police officer so I went to my car and left. I wanted to ask the police officer was he called by a delusional female employee who obviously had me mistaken for someone else? There obviously was some type of confusion or misbelief concerning me or someone who looked like me. I have shopped at this particular Walmart on a monthly basis for almost five years. I have never stolen or been accused of any wrongdoing! These two employees were true clowns, this was a very unusual experience! I will continue to shop there at my leisure! There's no stopping me from shopping at this Walmart I like this store overall. It may not have all of the amenities and space as a Super Walmart but it has it's good values. Whoever is the supervisor or manager please discuss with these two employees consumers rights. They may be ignorant of all of or some of the various laws that concern forms of harassment or prejudices that the Walmart corporation doesn't condone! If this type of unethical weird behavior and uncouth occurrences occur the longevity of this Walmart will have a very uncertain future, which will abruptly find them in some type of lawsuit that will definitely seal the coffin on this stores existence!!!

I had a bad experience at your Hanover, MD auto center. After waiting for 30 min, with no other cars in the garage, The "technician" put the car on the lift, and brought me back stating he is not going to repair my tire because it was worn out. I explained to him that it isn't down to the wear bar, and isn't worn out. He said there is no tread and he can't fix it. I explained that I used to install/sell tires while i was in college, so I know that it is not worn out. He got upset that I knew what i was talking about and told me to leave. The supervisor said that he has to take the work of the tech because he is "walmart certified". The tire has at least 5/32" of tread remaining, its within legal limits, and should have been repaired. The scam to get me to buy a new set of tires failed because I actually know what I am talking about. I will be posting this on YELP and all other sites to warn other customers of the unethical behavior of your staff.

I brought my car in for an oil change at 8am on a Saturday morning and when I drove it not even 0.2 miles out the door after they "finished", my car wouldn't shift. I took it back and had them look at it again and their manager had the audacity to tell me that they are not liable and that she had 2 other customers and WALKED AWAY. She did not review the tapes of her employees like she said she would, she didn't even have the car back in their bay to review what happened before she determined they wouldn't do anything and walked away.

After she left, I refused to leave without them fixing my car. A different technician brought my car in to look over it and determined they overfilled my oil, and claimed my car was leaking transmission fluid. Walmart checks your transmission fluid levels and I had paperwork from them stating their check not even 30 minutes prior showed my transmission fluid level was fine. There is no way my car "leaked" all of my transmission fluids in the 30 minutes it takes them to do an oil change without them personally draining my fluids or taking notice of my car purging fluids that are not related to an oil change.

Accident or not, I don't know because their manager refused to check their tapes, but do not trust this service center. Do yourself a favor and pay the little extra for a dealership to service your car. Dealership technicians require an actual education on all aspects of your car and certainty more training than "which fluid do I drain" which this place clearly cannot handle.
