I wonder why there is not less stars, this place does not even deserve one.



Especially the Vision Center i had a very unpleasant experience a few months when i went to renew prescriptions. First they are not at good price at all so save yourself the travel if you think you are going to save some bucks. Second the whole experience from the beginning was typical of an unstable third world country and even i think people are much nicer in the third world.



Doctor and assistant were extremely uptight from the first day, complexed surely, they don't look at you in the eyes and when they do its to say something on a negative voice. They just act as they are in their own practice (thing they will probably never get) without any management. Bad racial hatred vibes to jump back on what say other previous reviews: i confirm. All the team was black.



When i went into the "doctor's" rooms she called me from inside (hum hum) to tell me to sit on the chair and wait without any kind of greeting. She was not happy to see new customer/patient i guess. No explanation, no communication during "consultation". I had at last to ask if my eyes were ok during that most low class ever "consultation" AND after doing the test on a nonchalant manner, she hands me my prescriptions paper while i was still sat. I found this really gross and relevant of a really undereducated person. Stay away from that shady place.



I than requested to be given my prescription in an envelope at the desk as every sensible professional would do. Forget the smile and the the thanks for your business, of course.



It's not only the ghetto but the worst part of it, instead of giving a positive image of their location, they just do everything for you not to come back. Miserable mentality. And i assure everyone reading my review i am not white not raised in a rich neighborhood so i can confirm this team specifically is a racist black team with the lowest client awareness.



The owner of this practice was not there when i visited twice, but if she is interested along with Wal-Mart management i will make a pleasure taking some of my time to tell them how to make customers experience better in this precise location.
