This has got to be the worst company ever! Front desk cuts you off while you are talking and dumps in someone's voucemail. I never get a call back or a email response. I asked for a manager and was told she's not in. I told Rvelyn (on my thutd call today) that it is rude and unprofessional to cut people off when they are talking and that I have called 3x today and even sent an email, but still don't have a response. I told her my tenant has been without hot water since Thursday and I need to get this taken care of. Bottom line is they told me that I have to get them the contractor's info etc. Basically, as usual, THEY DO NOTHING!! I read one if the reviews and the owner responded. Maybe the owner will read this. Your staff is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional! How can you in run a company with such lousy customer service?! I would guve a 0 rating if there was such a thing.

Always been with Phoenix fr 17 years and no problems. The managers have been great!!! Highly recommend!!!

I have found Phoenix to be very professional and Todd to be very knowledgeable in all phases and laws of property and building management. He has saved us a lot of money in the long run. I would recommend Phoenix Management.

I Had my 1st experience with our associations new management company this week and they were so unprofessional. I do not recommend Phoenix Management. They lack in the areas of email privacy, common courtesy and professionalism.

Look elsewhere for a Management company I dealt with the Palm Beach county location.

It is pretty clear there is something very wrong with this company. Dealing with anyone in this company is like trying to have a reasonable conversation with a very dumb, very defensive bully. They use their ignorance like badges of honor and badger and belittle anyone that walks in the door. They are defensive and dismissive of any kinds of questions that fall outside their scopes of understanding- which is quite a lot... Have been in their office twice and both times watched screaming matches take place. My own limited experience was frustrating to say the least as they don't answer the phone, they don't do emails, scan documents, or handle anything in a 2017 business like fashion. I was told that I could not send my documents via email as the girl didn't want to spend money on the paper to print them out. Ever heard of placing documents in a folder within a cloud or folder on your computer much? Don't you just end up scanning those documents and doing that anyways, or do you still have an actual room of files you place them all in?! I had to either physically drive to their office to submit any kinf of documentation which was over an hour away, or "mail" it to them?!! I think they deal with a lot of retirement housing so perhaps this is how they get away with the old fashioned way of doing business. Either way, every person I am actually able to get a hold of talks and acts like they have "maybe" a high school degree. I don't know why these guys haven't been investigated yet but it's been one problem after another... Frustrating and unprofessional is an understatement when dealing with this company!

The absolute worst management I have ever come across. Their website boasts about professionalism and I cannot stress this is as far from the truth. You call and get redirected and redirected and redirected until you give up. They never respond back to emails until weeks later. There is always an excuse as to why they haven't responded sooner, "secretary was sick", "secretary was on vacation." Etc. Requirements consistently change. Recently I have gotten a letter from their president in regards to a matter that happened in early 2015. Do not use them as your management company.

Have different requirements every time. Staff has a terrible attitude and is not helpful at all and really rude

This is the worst management company I ever had experience. It's been 11 days since I bought my unit, they still have not programed the entrance code to my cell phone. I can not find my parking spot because they haven't paint for a long while. They don't know where is my parking spot. I will give them 0 if I could

Our large HOA in Boca West choose Phoenix Management to get a unified source for management, legal and accounting services. We are happy with the service and professionality of our portfolio manager, he's very attentive to our needs. In a few years we can see several improvements in our quality of life. Our Customer Service rep Maggie also is very helpful and focused to please our homeowners. Would recommend to other HOA's.

My Condominium has been with Phoenix for years. We love our Property Manager, she's a great help for the Board. She goes above and beyond her duties to the Association.

Worst service ever. Sends tow trucks to the Parkside community to tow more resident vehicles than actual offenders even though they know they are residents. Doesn't care about calls, complaints, or make any effort to respond to them. They have unreasonable contact hours for the residents who work all day and often aren't available late in the afternoon if you need to see someone. Our community would be better off without them.

THIS IS THE WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY IN THE ENTIRE WORLD. I WISH MY ASSOCIATION, MISTY LAKE WOULD CHANGE THEM. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF.
