I originally scheduled an am pick up, and when I called to schedule they said it would be from 9-12. Which I said okay, it's a little early since I worked late the night before. So the next day, at 12:00, I called since no one showed up or called. They took my information and said my pick up is between 10-1pm...different from the original times. So I said okay. I waited again till 1:10pm and called, they said the driver should be there in an hour or so. I understand that this is a Caribbean based business, meaning they DO NOT care about customer service or satisfaction. But this is beyond ridiculous. There was no one to call, no managers to take care of anything. The website info all leads to dead ends. I would never recommend this company to anyone, but then again, they really don't care. At 2:15pm no one has shown up. I would actually give them less than one star if I could.
