        Mr. Tuttle fixed my employment problems

        I went to see Jim Tuttle on a recommendation from a friend who had used him for employment/labor law matters. Jim helped me with my EEOC complaint, filed a complaint with the New York District court. Instead of going through a lengthy trial which I don't think I could bear to go through, he mediated my claim through an independent arbitrator. My case was settled prior to trial at a significant sum. It was more than I had ever expected and it is life changing. I would heartedly recommend Jim Tuttle for your employment needs.

        Jim is just the best!!!

        My husband and I were in a terrible car crash and in the hospital with severe injuries, Jim and his staff took over everything for us. They got our no-fault wage replacement in order and they got everything secured for us. We did not even have to go to court to get a settlement far superior to what we even anticipated. His legal assistant is just the best.



        We are more than pleased with the results that Jim Tuttle did for my husband and myself.

        What an attorney!!

        HE IS JUST THE BEST. HE SAW ME AND MY HUSBAND ON VERY SHORT NOTICE, HE GAVE US AN HOUR CONSULTATION, DID SOME RESEARCH FOR US, AND SIGNED US UP AS NEW CLIENTS. JIM TUTTLE GOT A MORE THAN ABOVE AVERAGE SETTLEMENT FOR OUR CLAIM AND WE ARE JUST THRILLED WITH HIM AND HIS STAFF!!
