DO NOT MOVE HERE. They lie, they have lots of hidden fees upon move in and move out. They say kids are allowed, but you'll find out they are not a kid friendly apartment. The manager Tammy is a huge liar and she'll get over on you. She has a bad attitude, she talks about the residents to other resident. Don't let her sells face fool you.

After moving out of RK Properties’ Villaggio Di Murano Apartments in Las Vegas, I inquired as to what had become of my $250 cleaning and security deposit. I was told that I would be getting none of it back, because the carpet was “too dirty to be properly cleaned” and because the paint showed signs of wear. When I pointed out that I had lived in the dwelling for nearly 5 years, and that wear and tear should be expected, I was told that the wear and tear was excessive. When I inquired as to what RK Properties considered the normal lifespan for carpet and paint, I was given no answer. Suspicious, I researched the subject and discovered that the lifespan for both carpet and paint in apartments is about 3 to 5 years. Based on this evidence and my past experience with other apartment managers and their policies regarding cleaning deposits, I have to conclude that RK Properties’ unethical goal is prevent tenants from getting their cleaning deposits back.
